Odd note, it's been proven that listening to songs that slow your heart rate will cause you to play better, by keeping you calm. Why tang is awesome.

Ever feel depressed like life fucking sucks and you can't get out of this shit hole? Odds are you're low on vitamins. When winter hits, the lack of sun makes your body unable to produce resources. So, drink tang or some shit. The powdery awesomeness tastes great, takes seconds to make, and helps you live longer. Unless you count the sugar... but pay no attention to it. If you're that worried about it just take supplemental vitamins, or some Hi-C. Anything to make you, you again. Pills change your perception, so if you like em use  em, but keep in mind that they cause bodily damage that is hard to come back from. 

Here's a fun thing to do when you're stoned and paranoid, watch the Truman Show. It'll make you laugh.

If you're stoned and in a good mood, watch Super troopers. Best movie ever.
